Trademarkia India Shipping and Delivery Conditions

1. Introduction

This document, henceforth referred to as the "Shipping and Delivery Conditions," constitutes a legally binding agreement between you ("the Customer") and Trademarkia India ("the Company"). These conditions are applicable to all transactions and interactions pertaining to the shipping and delivery of services and products procured via the Company's website. This document is an inseparable part of the overarching Terms and Conditions governing the use of the Company's services and products.

2. Document Shipping

2.1. Dispatch of Physical Documents

In instances where the dissemination of physical documents is requisite, including but not limited to original trademark certificates, hard copies of official filings, or any other tangible materials, the Company shall undertake the dispatch of such documents to the postal address furnished by the Customer at the time of the order placement.

2.2. Selection of Carriers

The Company shall employ the services of reputable and reliable shipping carriers, thereby ensuring the secure and timely delivery of the aforementioned documents to the Customer.

2.3. Provision of Tracking Information

Subject to availability, the Company will provide the Customer with a tracking number or similar tracking mechanism to enable the monitoring of the shipment's progress and estimated delivery timeline.

3. Electronic Delivery

3.1. Delivery via Electronic Mail

The majority of documents, including but not limited to filings, confirmations, and updates, will be conveyed electronically to the email address specified by the Customer in their account or during the transaction process.

3.2. Security of Electronic Transmissions

The Company is committed to the secure transmission of digital documents and information, thereby safeguarding the confidentiality and integrity of the Customer's personal and sensitive information.

4. Delivery Times

4.1. Standard Processing Times

The Customer acknowledges that the delivery times for services or documents are subject to variation based on the specific nature of the service requested and the operational processing times of the relevant trademark offices or governmental entities.

4.2. Availability of Expedited Services

The Company may offer expedited processing and delivery services for certain products or services, which may be subject to additional fees as outlined in the service agreement or invoice.

5. Shipping Fees

5.1. Standard Shipping Costs

The fees for standard shipping are generally included in the service fee for the majority of the Company's products; notwithstanding, certain specialized services may attract supplementary shipping charges.

5.2. International Shipping Provisions

For Customers located outside the territorial bounds of India, international shipping rates and conditions will be applicable and may vary based on the destination country and the nature of the product or service.

6. Delivery Issues

6.1. Responsibility for Address Accuracy

The Customer is solely responsible for providing an accurate and complete delivery address. The Company disclaims any liability for delays, non-delivery, or loss of items attributable to incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the Customer.

6.2. Protocol for Lost or Damaged Items

In the unlikely event that a shipment is lost or the contents therein are damaged during transit, the Customer is advised to contact the Company's customer support team promptly for resolution and assistance.

7. Modifications and Notifications

7.1. Address Modifications

Should there be a need for the Customer to modify their delivery address post-order placement, it is imperative that such modifications be communicated to the Company at the earliest possible convenience.

7.2. Order Status Updates

The Company will endeavor to keep the Customer informed regarding the progress of their order, including notifications of any anticipated delivery dates or delays.
